Return and Refund Policy (3 Days)
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Item must be in the original packaging, where possible.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration after delivery.
- Products returned without following the return request process.
- Final sale or clearance items, unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
After review, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
How to request a return
To start a return:
1. Email us at [your email] within 3 days of delivery.
2. Mention your order number and reason for return.
3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color within the same product, subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear and undergarments
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Order cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are packed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order will need to follow the return process described above.
